Lesson Plan

These are the topics that will be taught in this short course.

  • Learn concept of Business Analytics and Big Data technologies with its strategic importance to any organisation.
  • Explore different types of Data Analytics with real life cases and how they all are interconnected.
  • Understand and apply search engine marketing (SEM) to promote websites by increasing the irvisibility in search engine result pages (SERPs) through the use of search engine optimization(SEO), paid placement and contextual advertising.
  • Learn how organisations can search, display and content – across the customer journey to deliver a successful integrated marketing strategy.

Certification

A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass assessments.


Course Fees

Course fee is payable upon acceptance. It is inclusive of 7% GST and subject to review.

Funding period for this course is from 1 Apr 2020 to 30 Sep 2024. Note: Enhanced Training Support Package (ETSP) Arts & Culture, Tourism, Retail & Food Services funding for this course ends on 31 Dec 2021.
