Lesson Plan

This course consists of 13 modules:

Store and Retrieve files on the Cloud

Store files in the cloud safely and retrieve them securely. Every action is recorded and accidentally deleted files can also be easily recovered.

Securing and Sharing files on the Cloud

Drag-and-drop files in your browser with a secure link. Share files and folders in the
Cloud and keep them in sync between devices and the Cloud. Files can also be
protected with passwords and expiry dates.

Create and edit documents collaboratively online

Use applications such as Word and Spreadsheets, to enter, edit, format, layout
information (including text, tables, graphics, charts) for a range of purposes and

Encrypt a file on the Cloud

Add another layer of security by encrypting files or entire folders before they are sent to the Cloud. This action is independent of the cloud storage facility being used and files and folders remain unreadable even when the cloud storage facility has security

Schedule an online meeting with automated email invites

Effortlessly schedule online meetings without the hassle of emails using attendees’
calendar. Meetings can also be scheduled by polling attendees for a date/time.
Attendees will receive automated email invites and files for the meeting discussion.

Conduct a meeting online with automated transcripts

Never miss a point during an online meeting by having the discussion automatically
transcribed. After the meeting, the meeting transcription can be shared with a link.
Keyword search in the transcript is possible.

Broadcast a presentation online

Broadcast a Powerpoint presentation over the internet to an audience. No installation is required. Presenter will present as per normal. The audience will view the presentation live and as if physically present.

Brainstorm for ideas collaboratively on a digital whiteboard

Use the space provided by digital whiteboards to brainstorm for ideas collaboratively. Save the whiteboards for later downloads. Unlock creative potential with notes, drawings, images and more.

Create an online Survey with automated data statistics

Get started on survey creation with customized question type, logic and branching.
Surveys can be made accessible in various channels. Statistics of responses gathered
can also be visually represented.

Leverage Google Chatbot as an assistant for your meeting

Use a virtual assistant to help schedule, re-schedule or cancel a meeting. Free up your time with Google’s Chatbot to look up the schedule of the attendees and modify a meeting that has been scheduled.

Create an online dashboard in Google Sheets

Make a dashboard that automatically turns numbers into clear, actionable insights. Build a customised online dashboard with a spreadsheet using themes, slicers and scorecard charts. Do this with Google Analytics add-on for Google Sheets.

Add Google Drive as a Shared folder on your computer

Sync a folder on the computer with Google Drive and the folder will show up as a normal Windows folder. Access files from different devices by signing in to your Google account.

Configure Permission on Google Drive for secure file access

Using a tool provided by Google Drive, review sharing privileges and manage access.
Track the sharing rights of every file from every user so as to minimize risk and stay


A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).

Course Fees

Course fee is payable upon acceptance. It is inclusive of 7% GST and subject to review.
