Learning Outcomes

In this course, you will be challenged to think like a designer to transform product/service development, processes and strategy for your business. Using a human-centred approach to understand what a real problem is and how to solve it, you will be trained to assess ideas and determine what is technologically feasible and economically viable.

You will be trained to truly understand your customers’ needs, user journeys and business requirements from strategic thinking to creative execution. Using a myriad of tools to address a vast range of challenges, you will learn to clearly communicate complex professional issues to your various stakeholders.
