This course consists of 10 modules:

Set up an online presence

Create a landing webpage for your company with presence in major social media
outlets.

Increase digital presence with Search Engine Optimisation

Learn how to improve your website’s visibility and ranking with a Search Engine
Optimisation (SEO) tool. Understand the techniques used in SEOs.

Increase and measure traffic to your website

Use Google Analytics to measure how well your website accomplishes its objectives.
Learn what can be measured and hence what can be improved.

Monitor and track user behaviour on your website

Learn technologies to track visitor’s mouse movements and mouse clicks on your
website

Generate leads

Learn how to target the right people and generate leads to create interest in your product or service and win prospects to be converted to customers.

Set up a conversion funnel

Understand what is a marketing conversion funnel and learn how to track and setup
conversion funnel.

Experiment with A/B testing

Try a variety of website and outreach tweaks and track which version performs better

Set up an online store on an eCommerce platform

Setup, configure and manage an online store on an eCommerce platform.

Engage with potential customers with content marketing

Learn how to create content and engage your potential customers.

Increase brand equity through social media

Learn how to use social media (Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to analyse and enhance your brand’s equity.

Certification

A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).

Course Fees

Course fee is payable upon acceptance. It is inclusive of 7% GST and subject to review.

Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
