Course Information

Stress has been identified as the number 1 health risk factor amongst employees, especially in Asia. Mental health challenges such as depression and anxiety cost the global economy USD 1 trillion each year in lost productivity. The current pandemic has only exacerbated existing mental health challenges, thus making employee wellbeing a top priority for organisations.

This course, jointly organized by NP CET Academy and ThoughtFull World, is designed to equip managers with the knowledge and practical tools to create a safe and open culture that supports their team’s wellbeing and performance. Managers will gain insights of their own emotional health and learn how to model healthy self-care practices. They will also learn how to identify early signs and symptoms of burnout within their team, how to manage team conflicts and difficult conversations, as well as strategies to foster healthy relationships at work.

Topic 1: Identifying & Overcoming Barriers to Effective Leadership (1 hr)

Topic 2: Identifying Early Signs of Burnout (1 hr)

Topic 4: Taking Committed Actions to Cultivate Wellbeing at Work (1 hr)

Asynchronous (4 hours)
Topic 5: Identifying personal values and their effects on productivity (2 hr)
