Course Information
Our world, our societies and our markets continue to change in radical and unprecedented ways.In this pace of change, organisations have yet to find a language to even describe what is happening to them, much less be able to accurately diagnose emerging dynamics and how they can effectively intervene as leaders. How can organisations design for both adaptability and continuity? How do we meet the demands for both speed and sustainability?
Through this comprehensive learning programme on Organisational Design and Sustainable Culture, we wish to build up the professional capability and capacity to facilitate the timely and sustainable transformation of our organisational, societal and human systems.
This programme focuses on developing the practitioner as an intervener and instrument of change. Beyond knowledge acquisition, we look at the personhood our students bring with themselves and work with them to become a talent their organisation would like to retain.
Learning Outcomes
- To acquire the language of human systems and theories supporting organisational resilience;
- To deepen capacity and skills in bringing about sustained transformation in health and resilience within human systems; and
- To build the expertise to design and develop effective systems for organisational resilience across sectors.
