Course Information
This training programme will help learners understand the different stages of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) as well as a Skills Gap Analysis. Conducting a TNA helps organisations focus on the right areas to train and prioritise training efforts; a TNA will hone in on what skills are needed for different job roles, evaluate the skills of current employees and highlight the skills gaps that need to be supported with learning and development. This helps align training efforts with key organisational performance objectives.

- Assess the business performance goals and competency needs of a company
- Identify steps to conduct TNA and skills gap analysis
- Assess training needs and skills gap analysis guided by established frameworks
- Conduct TNA and skills gap analysis using various collection methods
- Develop a TNA report
- Provide advice on possible ways to evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions for continuous improvement

Certification
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the required assessment.

SkillsFuture Credit

Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders, please furnish the following documents to the course administrator to qualify for SSG funding:
Self-sponsored learner (**LTVP+): Copy of your green visit pass card, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card.
Co-sponsored learner (##LTVP+): Copy of valid and current Letter of Consent (LOC) from MOM
