Course Objectives
At the end of the training, the course would equip participants with the following learning outcomes:- Demonstrate the understanding of the factors associated with development of creativity of children
- Demonstrate the competency of developing effective and interesting activities in promote the development of creativity of children
- Demonstrate the competency of facilitating activities in promoting the development of creativity of children
Course Description
This 16- hour short course adopting a blended learning model over 2 days aims to equip the learners knowledge, skills and techniques in developing and facilitating play-based programmes in promoting creativity for children aged 7-14 years old.The learners learn about the process of creativity development of children and the assessment on the needs of children for creativity activities. Skills and techniques in curriculum development and facilitation of activities will be taught as well.
