Course Information

To remain competitive, businesses need to increase productivity while lowering operational costs. Automation, or the use of control systems such as robots and computers, play an increasingly vital role in meeting this demand.

Learning Outcomes

Get competent in this 3-day course in industrial automation. The course will start off with lectures to teach you the necessary concepts of a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). In line with SkillsFuture, this course bridges the intermediate and advance industrial automation geared towards Industry 4.0. It is also the first step towards more advanced programming languages like Sequential Function Chart (SFC), Structured Text, Function Block, and Function Block Diagram etc.

Certification

Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance.

SkillsFuture Credit

GST Increment in 2024
