Course Information

The programme aims to equip SME participants with digital skills to effectively create a collaborative work environment using Smartsheet. The no-code platform will enable users with no technical skills to systematically collect data and report in real-time using Reporting and Dashboarding capabilities with automated workflows. Smartsheet will help organizations use one tool as a single source of truth to manage data across various LOBs. Workplace learning consultancy will be available to participants during the course to ensure that there is a transference of what is learnt to their work. In addition, an online playbook provides an adaptive step-by-step guide to the lessons to scaffold the needs of the participants.

Trainer's Profile

Ghanshyam Ahuja

Ghanshyam Ahuja is the Chief Executive Officer for Congruent Global Inc. Ghanshyam has over 40 years of experience in the IT industry. He has been involved in Smartsheet training since May 2019 when it was first launched in Asia. He is also actively involved in Process consulting and Training workshops.

Kamya Pamnani

Kamya Pamnani, has been working in Singapore in the Information Technology industry since 2021. Kamya is working as a Customer Success Manager at Copernicus Consulting, a Singapore-headquartered unique boutique IT Consulting Company focussing on Business Outcome based IT with Actionable Insights, where she handles Smartsheet Presales, Onboarding of clients, Trainings, Client Services and Renewals. Copernicus Consulting became the Value-Added Distributor for Smartsheet in South and South East Asia, covering 16 countries in May 2020. As a Smartsheet Certified Professional, Kamya has helped to train users in over 9 countries over the past 1 year.

Certification

Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessments.


For participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessments will be given a certificate of participation.


Entry Requirements

Basic IT literacy, no previous programming experience is necessary. Participants are to bring their own laptop for the course. Participants should be familiar with the use of computers.

Course Fees

Funding period for this course is from 1 Jul 2022 to 30 Sep 2024.

SkillsFuture Credit

GST Increment in 2024
