Course Information

In today’s business climate, time is essential in order to remain competitive. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) takes over time-consuming and repetitive tasks and frees businesses to be more productive and to focus on delivering better experiences to their customers.

Learning Outcomes

Help to enhance businesses and improve customer service operations by learning how to build an RPA robot to automate your routine tasks. You will gain essential skills of UiPath as well as Hands-on Common Automaton Tasks.

  • Understand the requirement in each phase of the RPA journey
  • Determine the automation potential of a process and analyse the business benefits of RPA
  • Use and understand the various functionalities and features of an automation software
  • Develop RPA robots independently
  • Know and apply the business best practices in RPA projects

Trainer's Profile

Hong Lei

Ms. Hong Lei graduated from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) with Master of Science in Signal Processing, Electronics & Electrical Engineering. She has 12 years of working experience in embedded system development and software consultation. She has been a lecturer with Ngee Ann Polytechnic since 2009.


Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass the in-class assessments.

Entry Requirements

  • Applicants need to have a reasonable aptitude for mathematics
  • Applicants do not need to have any programming background
