Course Information
This course will be conducted in Chongqing, China, and aims to provide learners with insights into its’ Green, Digital and Care economies. Via these insights and networking opportunities, learners can enable the growth of their organisation in these areas. Learners will also be exposed to the Chongqing policies in relation to enterprises, import and export policies as well as logistic services. These are enablers for the learner’s to further grow the opportunities that are created.

Learning Outcomes
On completion of the course, the learners should be able to:
- Understand Chongqing policies in relation to different types of enterprises as well as the pros and cons of each setup.
- Be acquainted to the policies governing import and export trade as well as supporting logistical services such as bonded warehousing, onestop supply chain management, etc.
- Know about Chongqing policies, regulations and directions of big data management.
- Be kept up-to-date on the latest smart data management application at Chongqing.
- Be acquainted to the developments and management of Chongqing Green District and Care initiatives.
- Build contacts locally and with their China counterparts to take initiatives on Green, Digital and Care further.
- Develop competency to manage cultural and business practices at Chongqing.
It is compulsory for learners to complete a simple reflective journal of the trip as their assessment. More information will be provided during the pre-trip briefing.

- Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce (Chongqing Sino-China Demonstration Project Administration Bureau) to gain insights about the policies, advantages, and directions for the different types of Enterprises
- Chongqing Big Data Symposium for insights into Chongqing digital economy & industrial policies and future development

Day 3 (6 Nov 24)
- Guoyan Port National Logistics Hub Exhibition Hall, Sino-Singapore Intermodal Transport Demonstration Base and Yuzui Railway Freight Station to broaden your understanding of the logistics industry and the Comprehensive Bonded Zone
- Visit Import Biomedical Distribution Center to explore the construction of biomedical ports in the Comprehensive Bonded Zone

Day 5 (8 Nov 24)
- Visit Bi-shan BYD Factory to learn about EV Manufacturing, Battery Technology, Sustainable Mfg Practices Innovation in Green Technology, etc
- Visit Soil Land Biomedical Industrial Park
- Visit Mingyue Lake Cooperative Innovation Zone Innovation Hall and Innovation Incubation Base

Day 6 (9 Nov24)
- Closing Session for Delegates to round up the trip and share their gains and knowledge Submit Journal

Certification
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.
Entry Requirements
It is advisable for learners to be able to converse in Mandarin as no translator will be present.
Course Fees
Course Validity Period: 03-01-2024 to 30-09-2024
The course fees furnished in the table below can be paid using SkillsFuture Credits. On top of the course fee provided, learners will need to pay for the expenses below using their own finances. These expenses are not funded by SkillsFuture Singapore.
- Air Tickets (Learners need to arrange and pay for their return air tickets to Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport. Learners can purchase air tickets to Chongqing and reach there on an earlier date. However, learners need to turn up at the designated trip accommodation on the 18 March 2024, 5pm. All expenses incurred for earlier arrival will be bound by learners. As for the return air ticket, learners can purchase any return flight departing Chongqing from 23 March 2024, 5pm.)
- Learners need to pay a cash amount of $225 (Nett) to the NP’s appointed partner to cover for all meal expenses. These expenses are not funded by SkillsFuture Singapore. This amount will need to be paid during the pre-trip briefing. After payment is made, an official receipt will be issued.
SkillsFuture Credit
All Singaporeans aged 25 and above can use their $500 SkillsFuture Credit from the government to pay for a wide range of approved skills-related courses. Visit the SkillsFuture Credit website to choose from the courses available on the Training Exchange course directory.
Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)
NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year (or up to $500 for NTUC members aged 40 years old and above) when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme). Please visit e2i’s website to find out more.

Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) Holders
Please furnish the following documents to the course administrator to qualify for SSG funding:
Self-sponsored learner (**LTVP+): Copy of your green visit pass card, with the word ‘PLUS’ on the back of the card.
Co-sponsored learner (##LTVP+): Copy of valid and current Letter of Consent (LOC) from MOM

The full course fee (inclusive of 9% GST) is $3,291.80 if you are NOT eligible for any SkillsFuture Singapore funding. Refer to the table below on the course fee payable if you are eligible for SkillsFuture Singapore funding. The TWO expenses that are NOT funded and you need to pay are as follows:
- Cash amount of $225 (Nett) to the NP’s appointed partner to cover for all meal expenses. These expenses are not funded by SkillsFuture Singapore. This amount will need to be paid during the pre-trip briefing. After payment is made, an official receipt from NP’s appointed partner will be issued.
- Air Tickets to and from Chongqing, China. Please only purchase the air tickets after receiving confirmation from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
