Course Objectives

The course aims to educate caregivers on the physical changes associated with aging hence, enhancing better care and support to elderly individuals.

Course Description

The participants should be able to:
1. state the physical changes that occur with aging;
2. understand how these changes affect activities of daily living and overall health;
3. develop skills to provide support to elderly individuals in managing these changes; and
4. identify strategies to promote health aging.
