Course Objectives

This two-day course provides a comprehensive introduction to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), focusing on foundation models, real-world applications, and hands-on implementation. Learners will explore how GenAI is transforming industries and how to strategically plan and build Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven solutions.
Day 1: Covers the fundamentals of Generative AI, including foundation models, prompt engineering, and AI-driven code generation.
Day 2: Focuses on multi-cloud GenAI technologies, addressing data security, governance, and ethical considerations. The course takes a pragmatic approach, combining theory with hands-on labs on chatbot development, AI-powered coding, and cloud-based AI solutions. By the end, learners will be equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to leverage Generative AI across different platforms effectively.

Course Description

This course takes a pragmatic approach in understanding the architecture and what large language models (LLMs) are. Security and ethical Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance would be a point of discussion as well. This course is suited for the curious novice, Information technology (IT) sales consultants, professionals, tech-savvy business analysts, managers or even developers to discover the potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) adoption to solve the customer's problems.
