Course Objectives
The objective of this course is to introduce the concept of design thinking and allow participants to apply the LUMA System of Innovation for creative problem solving. The LUMA System of Innovation enables people to tackle problems of all sizes through design thinking, from employees who face daily work problems to budding entrepreneurs providing a new solution. The course begins with LUMA’s two-day, in-person Fundamentals of Innovation workshop that introduces to the LUMA System of Innovation in a group setting through a dynamic mix of presentations and hands-on activities. Participants will then attend periodic peer partner sessions and three 2-hr check-ins over 3 months to refine good habits with expert coaching.Course Description
