About Course
Course Objectives
The Behavioural Science & Insights Signature Programme is Singapore’s first applied course that equips professionals with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks to drive workplace transformation using behavioural science and (Artificial Intelligence) AI-powered insights.Delivered over 11 weeks in a blended format, the programme begins with a 2-day Bootcamp covering foundations of behavioural science, cognitive biases, decision-making, and behavioural design strategies. Participants are introduced to Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s proprietary 4D Behaviour Design Framework and an AI-enabled behavioural digital coach that supports them throughout their learning journey.
Subsequent weeks focus on applied workplace projects, where participants diagnose organisational challenges, design nudges, and implement interventions directly relevant to their companies. Using experiential learning, ethnographic research, stakeholder mapping, and design thinking, participants build solutions tied to measurable outcomes such as employee engagement, digital adoption, customer experience, productivity, wellness, and sustainability Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
Participants gain hands-on experience with Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s AI-powered BI Centre for Behavioural Design, which simulates and tests interventions, validates nudges using behavioural data, and provides insights for iteration. In later stages, participant explore strategies for scaling interventions, leveraging Artificial intelligence (AI) for feedback loops and sustainment.
The programme includes 1-to-1 coaching clinics at milestone points, providing tailored mentoring to ensure projects deliver tangible organisational impact. It culminates in a Capstone Showcase and Gallery Walk, where participants present to peers, leaders, and industry partners.
Course Description
The Behavioural Science & Insights Signature Programme equips professionals with the skills to apply behavioural science and AI-powered tools to real workplace challenges.Participants will develop into applied practitioners capable of diagnosing organisational issues, designing behaviourally informed interventions, and delivering measurable impact across Human Resource, Learning and Development (L&D), digital transformation, marketing, finance, and sustainability functions.
Participants are further equipped with AI-enabled platforms for Behavioural Design, which simulate nudges, test interventions, and provide data-driven insights for refining strategies. With coaching clinics at milestone points, participants receive tailored mentoring to ensure their projects are relevant, rigorous, and tied to business outcomes.
Application is central to the programme: each participant undertakes a company Nudge Project that addresses a real organisational challenge (e.g., driving adoption of digital tools, improving employee wellness, enhancing customer experience, or embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices). By the end of the programme, participants present their solutions at a Capstone Showcase, demonstrating how behavioural interventions deliver tangible Return on Investment (ROI) and sustainable workforce transformation.
This applied approach ensures participants leave with both the competence and confidence to implement behavioural strategies that drive organisational performance and career resilience.
