Course Objectives
The course aims to equip caregivers with essential counselling skills to effectively communicate and provide emotional support to their loved ones.Course Description
The participants should be able to :1. apply the basics of effective communication skills,
2. apply active listening techniques in a given scenario;
3. demonstrate empathetic and non-judgemental support skills in role play; and
4. discuss how to recognize and manage emotion stress in caregiving situations.

- Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
- Please note that a 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
