The course offers the participant with comprehensive understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 concepts, terminology and principles being applied for Information Technology (IT) Service Management. It embraces key concepts from Lean, Agile and Development Operations (DevOps) to provide an integrated, collaborative and holistic approach to deliver business value for an organization.
