Course Objectives
This module will cover the detailed operations of HPLC, UHPLC, and its associated detectors (DAD, UV, RI, etc), from method development (sample preparation, column selection, solvent selection, gradients, baseline correction), data analysis (internal and external standards, normalization) to method validation and troubleshooting. Participants will have industrial case studies to discuss and troubleshoot, samples to analyze and report to prepare as a group project.Course Description
