Course Objectives
This 3-day module, "Strategy Implementation: Optimizing Business Strategies for Risk Mitigation and Implementation," is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives. With a specific focus on risk mitigation and resource allocation, the course will explore key principles, strategies, and practical approaches to ensure successful implementation in the dynamic ICT landscape.Course Description
This module aims to train learners to:-Understand the importance of effective strategy implementation in the ICT sector.
-Apply strategic planning models tailored to the needs of data support engineers.
-Identify and proactively mitigate risks associated with strategy implementation.
-Develop resource allocation strategies for optimal outcomes in the ICT context.
-Align technology and infrastructure plans with strategic goals.
-Analyze case studies to understand practical applications of strategy implementation.
-Define and measure KPIs for successful implementation in the data support engineering field.
-Implement continuous improvement strategies and adapt to changing ICT landscapes.
-Enhance communication skills for effective stakeholder management during implementation.

Entry Requirements
Condition 1
Highest qualification
Possess a minimum Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Business-related disciplines. or
Condition 2
Working experience
Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated proficiency in foundational digital literacy, an understanding of basic IT infrastructure and data concepts, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills within an operational or business context. Proficiency in English (written, spoken, reading, and listening) to effectively comprehend complex regulatory and technical course materials, engage in discussions, and communicate findings.Financial matters

Refund and withdrawal policy
- Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
- Please note that a 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
- Please note that no refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date.
Remarks
Government funding for SCTP only applies to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 years old and above, for more information please visit:
