Mastering Microsoft Copilot (Basic) (Classroom, Synchronous & Asynchronous e-learning)

Course Information

This short course equips learners with the knowledge and know-how to utilise a range of Copilot applications within the Microsoft 365 platform, including Copilot for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and OneNote.

The course will be conducted via blended mode of learning over 3 sessions in an interactive learning environment where participants can explore use cases with qualified Trainers during each session and share their experiences with the class in the subsequent session. Copilot is best learnt by trying it out in the context of participants’ work and / or personal needs.

The Course comes with a suite of cloud-hosted bite sized on-demand videos for learners, which can be accessed seamlessly via Microsoft Teams, for them to reference and learn Copilot applications in their flow of work. 

Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Course, learners should be able to:
● utilise Copilot to streamline tasks and workflows, thereby increasing efficiency and productivity within their roles
● leverage Copilot’s collaborative features effectively, facilitating better teamwork and communication among team members
