The principles of mindfulness are rapidly being adopted by key businesses to better negotiate challenges, complications and change. This is because practising mindfulness has been known to help you develop an acute awareness of your surroundings, giving you greater concentration, more effective communication skills, and ultimately, the ability to better respond to others.
Learning Outcomes
Gain a deeper understanding on the practice of mindfulness to enhance your personal effectiveness. You will learn about the science and applied practices of mindfulness, as well as acquire the skills to change ingrained habits, behaviours and emotions to attain excellent results in all aspects of your life.

Certification
A Certificate of Performance will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).
A Certificate of Participation will be awarded to participants who meet the 75% attendance requirement but did not pass all required assessment(s).
