Course Description

To bring individuals up to speed on the changes taking place in the digital commerce and marketing world today, through a series of marketing- and commerce-centric digital skills competency training.

Trainer’s Profile

Angie Phang

Angie Phang is a qualified trainer who possesses extensive knowledge, experience, and skills in facilitating effective training sessions. Her passion is to help people learn and grow in their personal and professional lives. 

Angie’s interest lies in training needs assessments, development of training curriculum, and training delivery using various formats, including virtual and in-person training. As a trainer with over 12 years of experience in the digital marketing and commerce industry, Angie has developed a deep understanding of the various tools and techniques required to effectively market products and services online. Her expertise in this domain has been honed through years of working with leading companies, helping them to navigate the complex world of online marketing and drive growth through data-driven strategies. Angie is passionate about empowering individuals to optimise their digital marketing efforts and to ensure that her sessions are engaging, informative, and tailored to the specific needs of each learner. She is committed to staying up to date with the latest training trends, technologies, and best practices.

She currently teaches the SCTP “Digital Commerce & Content Marketing” programme for adult learners.

Lula Chee

Lula Chee holds an MBA from the London Business School and a Bachelor of Business from NTU.   She has been part of the Business Digitalization team @NP’s School of Business and Accountancy (BA) since 2021.

Prior to joining the education sector, she had 20 years' industry experience in various business domains including Marketing & Product Development, Strategy & Corporate Planning, Process Improvement and Digitalization.  She also headed the Business Process Management Practice and RPA Program at a local telco.  In that role, Lula and her colleagues won the 2018 International Quality and Productivity Center’s Process Excellence Award for Best Business Process Improvement Program.

Lula currently teaches Digitalization topics including AI, automation and change management within the Business Digitalization track, an innovative and award-winning program offered by the School of BA.

Lim Wei Sheng, Shawn

Shawn Lim holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Banking & Finance. He also holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP).

Shawn has been running a digital marketing agency for the past 8 years and has worked with clients like Pet Lovers Centre and Amazon.

Shawn is passionate about Digital Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Shawn is an existing trainer with Ngee Ann Polytechnic. He teaches the SCTP programme “Digital Commerce and Content Marketing” for adult learners.

To bring individuals up to speed on the changes taking place in the digital commerce and marketing world today, through a series of marketing- and commerce-centric digital skills competency training.
A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to learner who achieve at least 75% attendance and pass all required assessment(s).

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to learner who meet the 75% attendance requirement.

Refund and withdrawal policy

  • Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
  • Please note that a 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
  • Please note that no refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date.

Remarks

Government funding for SCTP only applies to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents aged 21 years old and above, for more information please visit:

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) can only be used to cover:
(i) Course fees payable;
(ii) Assessment fees which are part of the course;
(iii) Certification fees which are part of the course; and
(iv) GST imposed on components supported for SFC use.

Penalty charges apply if you:
(i) are absent/no-show;
(ii) withdraw from a course within 14 days of the course start date;
(iii) fail to meet terms and conditions for funding eligibility.

SFC cannot be used to offset penalty charges imposed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
