Course Description
This course provides an introductory overview of behavioral economics (more commonly known as behavioral insights) and its contribution in the understanding and influence of consumer behaviors in the financial services markets. Some common decision-making biases are presented with illustrations from the consumer banking and financial services markets. Participants are introduced to a framework for creating nudges and invited to create nudges for themselves and their workplaces.1. Introduction to System 1 and System 2 thinking
