Course Objectives
This course covers essential skills required by leaders in the twenty-first century workplace. These include managing for team performance, impactful communication and skills for complex problem-solving. To acquire effective team management skills, participants will learn how to generate clear and understandable team goals, identify productivity indicators and apply strategies needed to close performance gaps. They will also be equipped with tools for decision-making and problem-solving.Course Description
