The desired outcome of this programme is to have a professional group of practitioners to introduce effective therapeutic horticulture activities to cope with Singapore’s ageing population.

Therapeutic horticulture refers to the use of plants and plant related activities to improve physical and mental health of the individuals and the benefits may be seen in the intellectual, social, emotional and physical development. This certificate programme is an advanced programme for participants who wish to seek in-depth knowledge and application in therapeutic horticulture.
