Course Objectives

This course focuses on content marketing on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok) in the successful engagement of potential customers, funnelling towards conversion.

At the end of the workshop, participants will meet the learning objectives listed below.

•Sharpen your acumen for digital marketing using the latest digital platforms, tools and techniques.

•Develop a content strategy to generate prospects / leads and convert these prospects / leads into customers, and thereafter loyal customers in the customer lifecycle journey.

Course Description

The course will cover the following:

1.   A refresher on Digital Marketing, the Customer Journey, and the Marketing Funnel

2.   Ideation techniques for content creation
-   How to plan for each content post: Objective, Message & Placement.
-   Developing a story arc for long-form vs. short-form content for various platforms and placements.

3.   Copywriting & storyboarding
-   Learn copywriting and scriptwriting fundamentals.
-   Learn the fundamentals of storyboarding for short video content and video production.

4.   Setting up a livestream
-   Learn the basic set-up for livestreaming on various social media platforms.

5.   Introduction to Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Ads Manager
-   Learn to set up a basic ad campaign on each platform.
-   A/B testing
