About Course

Course Objectives

This module is an experiential 4-day in person seminar that begins with personal awareness in the areas of perception and perspective management, emotional diagnosis and mastery, and introduces the significance of somatic awareness. Learners will learn core dialogic frameworks and language to better name and understand personal worldviews, stances, and dispositions that contribute to interpersonal dynamics and consequently also add to the complexity innate within any organisational or even family system.

Course Description

1. Recognise and name intrapersonal and interpersonal patterns accurately
2. Describe the impact of intrapersonal and interpersonal patterns on complexity in human systems
3. Discover a greater range of ontological possibilities for self and organisations

Topics:
- Somatic awareness and archetypes
- Emotional mapping and linguistic reconstruction
- Experiential Gestalt cycle of experience and resistance
- Change and transformation through speech acts
- Experiential dynamics of trust
- Presence and intrapersonal debt

Refund and withdrawal policy

  • Please note that a 100% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted more than or equal to 14 days before the course start date.
  • Please note that a 50% refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted less than 14 days before the course start date.
  • Please note that no refund will be available if the withdrawal request is submitted on or after the course start date.

Remarks

SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) can only be used to cover:
(i) Course fees payable;
(ii) Assessment fees which are part of the course;
(iii) Certification fees which are part of the course; and
(iv) GST imposed on components supported for SFC use.

Penalty charges apply if you:
(i) are absent/no-show;
(ii) withdraw from a course within 14 days of the course start date;
(iii) fail to meet terms and conditions for funding eligibility.

SFC cannot be used to offset penalty charges imposed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
